Doc O’s Online Services
 (A Practice-Automation Portal)

Doc Onomical is innovating to make a positive difference for you. Enjoy automated healthcare operational-support—easy, effective & online—here:

(1) Make Your Appointment

For treatment at Doc Onomical’s Brooklyn Heights office, please click on the blue Appointment button. Our online system will present you with available appointment slots in the upcoming Doc O calendar. If you have an urgent medical problem and cannot find an early-enough time slot here, please call 718-624-7150. Or, email right now to DocO@doconomical.com. Our goal is to see you in a timely fashion. If you have a life-threaten-ing emergency, do not wait for an appointment or a response from Doc Onomical’s office. Instead, call 911 immediately or go at once to your nearest hospital Emergency Room.

(2) Cover Your Office-Visit Payment

Doc O’s secure PayPal system offers convenient, online advance-payment of your $25 office-visit fee. Please click on the yellow Pay Now button. (Alternatively, you may also pay your Doc Onomical visit fee at his Brooklyn Heights office at the time of examination/treatment.)

(3) Submit Your Medical History

This quick-start, online Step is optional. But, this process is convenient, time-saving, effective...and necessary. Please click on the purple Med History button to use our logic-driven, self-paced system for your medical history and current symptoms. When you are finished, you can print out a summary of your information. Because it is securely stored online, your history/symptoms will be reviewed before you arrive at Doc O’s. We will not save this information in your Electronic Health Records until reviewed and modified during your visit. Unused and/or preliminary information will be discarded to protect your privacy.

(4) Message With Your Team

Our secure messaging system—part of HIPPA-compliant Practice Partner—is a Web-based service that enables my staff or me to exchange with you in safe, private online correspondence. [Please note online registration for Practice Partner is not yet available. For the interim, you may register by telephoning us or by coming into the office.]  With your registration-provided User Name and Pass Word, please log-in at Practice Partner using the green Messaging button. "Messaging" is the first function-set in the Left-Sidebar Navigation Menu. Use the "New Message" link to send us secure messages. The system will notify you using your regular email address when our response(s) are available to you (via your "Inbox" back on secure Practice Partner).

(5) View Your Chart

Our secure chart system—part of Practice Partner—is a Web-based service that enables you to peruse the contents of your own chart. [Please note online registration for Practice Partner is not yet available. For the interim, you may register by telephoning us or by coming into the office.]  With your registration-provided User Name and Pass Word, please log-in to secure Practice Partner using the red View Chart button. "Chart" is the second function-set in the Left-Sidebar Navigation Menu.
